Choose how present Zenith feels today.
Only you see this. Counselors receive aggregated patterns, never your words.
Inhale for 4 · hold for 7 · exhale for 8. Three rounds is usually enough to slow a racing heart. Stop if you feel lightheaded.
Ambient soundscapes
Low, unobtrusive layers for focus or wind-down.
No soundscape selected.
5-4-3-2-1 Grounding
Bring yourself back into the room, one sense at a time.
Details help — the chip in the paint, the shadow of a mug.
The chair, your sleeve, the floor, the air temperature.
Near sounds first, then far ones.
If nothing, two smells you remember fondly.
Then take one slow breath and unclench your jaw.
Progressive muscle relaxation
Tension out through the hands and jaw — where students hold it most.
Make fists for 5 seconds. Release. Notice the difference for 10.
Lift toward your ears 5 seconds, drop them. Let them hang heavy.
Press lips together gently, release. Let your tongue rest low in your mouth.
Point toes down 5 seconds, release. Feel the weight sink into the floor.

6 notesYour insight dashboard is off
You may turn this on if you'd like to see your own emotional trends over time. It stays hidden by default so Zenith never feels like it's watching you.
Insights are for your own reflection. They are never used to grade, rank, or discipline you.
Local help directory
Independent support — no counselor, parent, or school notification is triggered when you contact these services.
These listings are illustrative examples for this prototype. In a real deployment, contacts would be verified against a regional directory and reviewed quarterly.
Report a privacy breach
If a counselor, teacher, or staff member is overly intrusive, presses you for details you didn't offer, or shares more than they should, tell us. Reports go to an independent ethics reviewer — not to the school.
You will receive a case reference. Retaliation for a good-faith report is a policy violation.
Self-help modules
Short reading you can do without telling anyone.
A 4-minute physiological sigh routine and what to do in the exam hall.
Diminishing returns, and how to notice the 9-hour trap.
What helps, what hurts, and when to involve an adult.
Comparison is a signal about your values, not your worth.
Consent & ethics reminder
The short version of what you agreed to.
✓ Your raw words are never shown to staff. Only aggregated patterns are.
✓ You can pause logging or purge everything at any time.
✓ Zenith is an awareness tool, not a diagnosis, and staff are trained to interpret signals cautiously.
✓ Life-safety escalations are the single exception, and they raise a gentle check-in — not a disciplinary record.
